I am paying for the 300 minute international plan and my housemate was trying to call a country that was listed this weekend. She was able to get through before with no problem. However, this weekend when she tried to call, the line would ring but no one would pick up. She tried calling on Vonage and someone picked up with no problem. I tried calling Verizon right now and complain that they also owed me $5 becaues of a discount according to the Internet, and I told the guy that I did order it online. He then tried to transfer me to another department and I didn't want to wait so I hung up.
I just tried calling a number in a different country, London Transport in England, and got through with no problem. So, I know that the problem is not my line but with a swtich somewere between Verizon and the other phone company. But who should I call to complain about a problem with a switch?Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
