Invalid Entry message on VM

I am trying to access my vm:

I dial in and enter my passcode.  It asks me to dial 1 for XXXX or 2 for XXXX.  2 has a message, so I dial 2 to access it.  It tells me invalid entry.  I have tried many times with no luck.  Any suggestions?
