My copper landline service went down on 3/13/10 and the tech support said that a technician would not be able to repair it until 3/26/10. That is 10 business days!
if you are in an area that recently had lots of bad storms... That is probably why....
Storms cause things to break.... Verizon has to fix things that break... it takes time to fix broken things
