Although I do a lot on line (including paying most of my bills), I still want a paper trail so that if anything should happen, I can justify what happened later on if I have to. Having said that, when my landline bill (hard copy) came in; the amount was for $245.51 yet, when I paid my bill on line I was charged $250.54.
Although this is the first time this has happened.....what I want to know is.... Why was the on line bill higher?
