Listen to your customers and fix phone problems correctly. I have been having phone problems with my land line every six months, for the past 10 years. Verizon fixes the problem by switching my line to a better one and gives the bad line (stactic ridden) to some other poor customer. In six months, someone else complains and I have the static back on my line.

Unless things have changed at Verizon , nobody at Verizon want a PUC complaint staying unresolved for long
