I have long distance service through Verizon, only long distance as I am not in a Verizon service area. My long distance has not been working since 9/3/2012. Anytime I call Verizon, they tell me I'm not a customer. I would call the number on my bill BUT THERE IS NO NUMBER ON MY BILL. Verizon continues to bill me, however. Anyone have any ideas?
