Yesterday I lost phone service (no dial tone). Did all the trouble shooting stuff. Verified via DAT that the problem is exterior.
BUT I still have DSL. Can Verizon feed a DSL frequency to my house without a phone frequency?
I started having the same problem today as well. I've unplugged all phones and can get any of them to work. Can't even get the buttons to light on my wall phone let along a dial tone. Please post the solution if you get this solved.
