I need to move the utilities on our primary residence from my name over to my wife's name. Easy enough for my wife to apply online for new Triple Play service in her name. The issue is with the landline number. Verizon online process rejects moving over the existing Verizon number. Is there any way around this? She wants to keep the same number. Thanks.

You will have to call in because you will have to give verbal permission to release the number.
