I'm in the My Verizon Residential page with the Home Phone / Voicemail tab selected.
From what I can tell, I can view the 'From' information (called ID & phone number) as well as the data and time. And, I can play the voicemail from there which launches a separate player.
Within that console or in the separately launched player itself, I don't see any abiilty to:
1 - delete a message
2 - rewind audio
3 - select exactly in the message where I want to hear
If I then click on "View All Voice Mails" I am directed to the Web VCA console.
In this view, I can select and delete a voicemail message.
I can also launch the player from here as well, however, it is the same as in the previous view and doesn't allow for rewinding or selecting an exact position in the message to listen to.
Am I missing something? Perhaps I have an earlier version?
Or, is this stuff really not available today?

Hey we are sorry but our voice mail feature does not allow to do that rewind or select a particular part or section to listen too.
