I currently use the digital voice call blocking to block up to 100 calls. I also use caller ID on my phone and TV. If I subscribe to NOMOROBO can I still use my call blocking feature for calls that might get through NOMOROBO that I may stiil want to block? For example, annoying people or friends that never leave a message, etc.

Yes. You can use NOMOROBO and still use the Verizon call blocks, too.
That's exactly what I do for the few robo calls that do get through NOMOROBO. And for other telemarketing and/or "pest" types of calls.
Yes, you can use both. And if a robo call gets through you can report that to nomorobo. You can also report calls that are blocked that should not be. That happens too.
