A repair request was submitted on 12/26/2011; no dial tone on the POTS
A repair was scheduled for 1/5/2012
I get a call on 1/3/2012 about a FIOS install scheduled for 1/4/2012
I did NOT reqiest a FIOS install, just a repair of the POTS
I check the status of the repair, magically there is no record of it.
I request a new repair on 1/3/2012
A repair is scheduled for 1/12/2012
Was this a 'No Dialtone' request or something else?
Why not call back and check on the request, to either expedite or follow-up so it doesn't fall off the radar?
