I would like to get the bundled packages from Verizon but the search function on the web does not see my address. What is confusing is that other apartments/biz in the same building can get Verizon service. I have called a couple times and no one has been able to explain why my address does not exist or what I need to do to get this fixed. Is there a way to get an technician out to see if I can get service or do I need to contact the tax office to get my apartment listed?
Call again. Insist they send a ticket to Engineering to verify the address. Then check online in a few days. It takes some pushing to get them to start the process but it worked for me.
