New issue after "fix"

Hello,
Thank you for the prompt service call, with one caveat: the tech came 1 1/2 hours before the appointment time, and hence I was not home.
Earlier today a tech came to fix my phone line after it was determined it was an exterior (to my house) issue. I had had no dial tone.
Now, my phone says "no line", and no dial tone.
What to do?

Call them back. Tell them it still is not fixed.
next time take the whole day off just in case.
