Nice response time from Verizon customer service

I just want to say thank you to Verizon customer service!  I had a complaint that they were not servicing my phone service within a reasonable time

frame.  I called and got no where.  I e-mailed them a respectful but firmly stated e-mail and I did get a response.  They came out today, instead of

next week as they had said before.  Thank you!
