Our home phone service is out. WE called Customer Service and were given a date of 7/20 for a technician to come out! 12 days?!?!?! That's ridiculous! The entire neighborhood does not have phone service. It's ridiculous to think that we're all going to wait 12 days for someone to first look at the problem!
