Once again I am not getting a dial tone on my phones while I have internet access. I call the customer service line and have been on hold for over 20 minutes after finally getting through to talk to a real person.

i had similar issue a month ago after a storm and found best way to get response is to sign on to verizon.com and login your account then report trouble. i had tech at my house next morning.
