Count me in with the "No Show Technicians" group. No landline for at least three weeks (static . . no dial tone). I've called three times . . . repair men (technicians?) were a no show the last two times. It is apparent that Verizon doesn't give a flip about their customers . . . shameful. Oh, yes . . . I've been billed for the this month of no service.
