I have both noise and can hear another conversation when making a call. Reported on 10/15/12. Technician came 10/20/12 and told me that he hears problem at main box. Told me problem is in underground cable and will report it and a cable crew would fix it by 10/23/12. It has not been fixed. On 11/9/12 called Verizon and was told do not know whne it will be fixed (not even scheduled). How can I escalate this problem and get it resolved.
