Obtaining a call log of all calls incoming and out going from your website.

I do not have paper billing at this time and I am trying to get a list of all incoming and outgoing phone calls made from my home phone number on your website.  Cannot get a hold of anyone from customer service on the phone.  What steps are needed to take to get this information.
