What's up with this? I can make local calls all day long but when I dial long distance, I can hear the person talking but they cannot here me! I can call Verizon's 800 number but if I try to call Pennsylvania or Iowa or presumably anywhere else, the people keep saying "Hello? Hello?" despite me screaming at the top of my lungs.
Has anybody else experienced this problem? Verizon said I would hear from them within 24 hours. Some how I just don't believe them.
And no...its not my phone.
