Hi There!
I have FiOS at my house.
I have a phone jack in a bedroom that always worked for the Home number.
I had a home business 2 years ago, and they installed a 2nd ONT. They did something to this bedroom phone jack to work only for my business phone.
I no longer have this business number, and wanted to switch back to my home number.
The jack looks wired correctly (photo attached - excuse the dust). Red to Red, Green to Green, Blacak to Black, Yellow to Yellow. I checked all screws on the terminal etc.
How do I get this to work for the home number again? All other jacks in the house work with home number.
Thanks

Assuming they didn't make the change somewhere else in your house and left all 4 wires connected, its just a matter of switching them. Only two wires are needed to the phone.
Old Four-Wire Cable:
Line 1 (primary phone line): red and green
Line 2 (secondary line): black and yellow
Don't know which is which for your case.
