Our land line went out of service 8/8/11, I called & was given a repair date 9 days from the date it stopped working, since that time we have been using our cell service & burning up minutes! Will we be given unlimited minutes for this time period on our cell phone service? Our e-mail, etc, works but the phone does not are they not on the same line?

i was given a reapir date of 9/10 for an outage that occured yesterday. really bad.
i have dsl but no phone. I think this happens because only one leg of the phone line is open or shorted. DSL apparently operates on only one leg of the line.
does it pay to complain or should i just move to cable?

My phone has been out of service for 2 days now. I do not have dial tone. I verified that i do not have dial tone at the Network Interface box which means problem is outside my house. I have been on phone for 2 hours listening to music. It appears that we do not have a way to create a trouble ticket on the web page...The links mentioned in the earlier posts do not work either.
