My home phone was out of service a week ago after I added a bundle package on my Verizon account. I reported it via email last Thursday. However, I didnt get any response back from Verizon. So I made an appointment for phone repair through the Call Service. A technician should come to my house today. I have been waiting for him since morning but the repairman was no show today.
What am i supposed to do now?
I think it is ridiculous how difficult it is to report a phone problem to Verizon.
