FIOS bundle was installed yesterday. Today my wife received an automated call scolding us for not setting up our Pin # for Call Waiting, etc. Huh? WHAT pin #!?!?!? I'm a long user of Verizon phone & DSL. Just new to FIOS. I logged on to my account. No pin # in sight. I even (gasp) Read The Fine Manual (RTFM) - nope, not there. What the heck was that phone message all about? Can I retrieve it - my wife answered the phone before it went to our recorder.
