Verizon rewired the house with fiber and the conected the old number, after six weeks of failed attemps. I have a contract for triple play and the numbe appears in my Vios account. However ATT still clams that is their number. After exchanged e-mails with multiple reps at the Fios customer service, nobody has been able to exsplain the situation.
I must say that I expects such poor job by Verizon. I was with Comcast before and they are more expensive, but were very quick to resolve issues. And you couls always talk to a person. With verizon is impossible. My question here is, what type of legal recouse do I have. Is this something that I should brin to the Public Utilities REgulator?
