You'd also most likely be able to toggle it on or off using ultra forward if you sign up for that service, allows you to change busy or no answer forwarding (voicemail, elsewhere, or nowhere) also set how many rings to voicemail and setup call forwarding from home or another phone, the only catch i've ran into is you can't change the busy setting while on the phone in question, it just says equipment problems and hangs up, changing it from another phone is fine though as long as it's hung up when you do it.
