Just got my Verizon bill.
At least 20 supervisors over a multi-week period promised my bill would be adjusted. People in CHat promised it. And today I get my bill... no adjustment. Verizon is the WORST.. do NOT believe what the Customer Support epople say they have lied to me so many times I have lost count.
VERIZON = THE WORST
I hear ya man, the changed all my services with out even telling me and didn't even apologize, none of the people I spoke with wanted to take responsibility. C'mon at least apologize. They need some real customer service trainning.
