Lightning knocked out my home phone (but not my internet or TV) for the third or fourth time since I've had Fios. I was able to schedule a service call for my house through the online troubleshooter, but my 87-year-old neighbor has the same issue. Is it possible for me to request service for his address with going through the troubleshooting?
