My speed dial feature isn't working. All I get is "We are unable to process your special call request at this time" Do I have to pay a monthly fee? Honestly, Verizon includes some cool features, but lags some of the obvious ones!
Check if there are two speed dial options in your area. Here in PA you can either subscribe to speed dial 8 which uses set up code *74 and stores numbers in digits 2-9 or speed dial 30 which uses set up code *75 and stores numbers in digits 20-49. They are two different services and are charged two different rates. I don't believe either speed dial is automatically included in basic phone service. You may need to subscribe.
