I have been holding listening to elevator music for over 30 mins to speak to a human voice .Is everyone on vacation . This is absolutely the worst customer service ever ..How can I cancel my residential phone service

I have been hold for over an hour. trying to cencel my service,. Appears they dont want to deal with us

After 30 minutes I got a human, but shw quickly transferred me when I informed her I wanted to cancel my services because I am Moving.

Should be simple process. They make it easy to add services but impossible to cancel them
