This tool is simple, easy-to-use and has information about various features of your Home Phone (Landline or Digital Voice) services along with quick fixes for most of the common problems. The best part of this tool is that it automatically identifies your services and provides customized help, obviating the need to wait for an agent.

VZ In-Home Agent helps with setting up your Home Voice Mail and other calling features, with Verizon Call Assistant features, with FiOS Voice Account Manager, and helps with Instant Access to your Home Voice Mail Access Number.

  • Storage: 50 MB available on Hard disk
  • Router: Verizon-supported router (The D-Link routers are the only Verizon-supported routers that do not work with the Vz In-Home Agent)
