I have been trying to add Non-Published service to my landline since June 26th.
I have placed at least eight orders on-line, seen order numbers for each and chatted with four "Chat Now" reps assuring me that the issue would be addressed.
I was put on hold at 1-800-VERIZON for 3.5 hours only to be disconnected.
The orders just vanish and my service is still showing listed and published!
I am trying to figure out why this has become such an ordeal!!
