I recently moved in the same area and transfered my service to my new home. The exact same service was transferred, however the voicemail account was wiped out. Now, when I get a voicemail, the My Fios app will give me a notification, but will show no message and no call history - gives error message saying voicemail is not setup, but it is.
I've seen this issue reported before, but no solution has been listed. Any assistance is appreciated.
