Upgrade issues

We just upgraded our triple play and we now have Digial Voice and the problem is I can’t logon to the Digital Voice web admin page. I have tried my original account name and password, email address (which is the alias from the old DSL days) and password, Verizon Central & old Account and Billing logon credentials and nothing.

 

This is what I receive:

Please use your Verizon Online Username and Password Hint
We are sorry but your User ID does not currently have access to the FiOS Digital Voice Manager.In order to gain access, please sign in at www.verizon.com/myverizon and follow the steps to upgrade your account to Full Access.
 
  

Anyone see this one before?  I was able to set a greeting and password via the phone keypad but really need web access to configure the remaining features. Anyone see this before? Thanks in advance
