Hi,

    Ordered it online and it told me to wait for a email to activate it. I called a few numbers and at least 50% did not know anything about VCA. I got thru to  the Iobi/ people then to the E center..Still nothing. Iobi/VCA people told me that it seems to be "hung up" somewhere.

Any tips?

Is this service only for incoming calls?  What about seeing outgoing calls?

It is for incoming calls only.
