I,ve been having thinks go wrong with my phone and just about all the C.S members {please keep it relevant} just to get me off the phone and i left ATT for this and it gets worse everyday couse i still got a phone i cant use

in verizon's defense, you sound like the type of person who just wants to complain and doesn't really have a problem, sounds like a personal problem you should address, perhaps thru some sort of therapy.

Buzzy,

What's wrong with your phone? Not all phones if bought by other company's such as AT&T or another carrier might not work or have all of the features work. Without know what the issue is its very difficult to help you.
