Go to verizon.com and try to order a bundle. It states you get $5 off. The website then retrieves your account information.....And!....

"Sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time. Please try again later or contact your local Verizon business office for assistance." This happened EVERY day I tried for the last week!!

Your going to get much more info on that if you post up in the land line section.  They have a lot of wireline employees up there that could possiblely help you with this. And Currently not a mod on to move this for you.

Same thing happens to me with all Verizon website ordering features. Called ecenter twice and spoke to two reps who could not fix the problem and didn't know what was causing the problem. You will find many similar posts on this site by other people having the same experiences, especially if you look in the My Verizon/My Account section.

Have to report that a miracle happened today. Someone somewhere at Verizon fixed my online account so I can now order and change features online, and I no longer get the error messages. I now have a fully working online Verizon account! Whoever fixed this thank you very much.Smiley Happy

I get the final message to call office, which means I don't  get the $5. I have phone service and want triple play package.

The same thing has been happening to me.  I have been trying on and off to order high speed internet for over a month and keep on getting the same error message to call the local business office.  When I call them, they won't honor online offers.  I have submitted 2 tickets with e-center (the first one of which was over three weeks ago), they told me they have no idea why this is happening.  The online chat people keep telling me to clear cookies and change security settings.  When I tried to explain to them that I have tried from 4 different computers with 2 different browsers and that is doesn't work either when I'm signed into my verizon (I have home phone service with Verizon) or when I just enter my home phone number on the website, they tell me they have no idea how to fix it.  If anyone has actually spoken to someone who has been helpful, please let me know.  I can't believe how impossible Verizon is making it to do business with them.
