When checking the My Verizon web site for voicemail messages, the time has been off (ahead) by 4 hours. The call log shows correct time however and email notifications are sent correctly. Any suggestions - I could not find anywhere to change the time settings?
Log into the voice account manager and go down the left hand side to administration and change your time zone there. If it is set to Hawaii-Aleutian time that is 5 hours before Eastern time if your are in the Eastern time zone. It may not go back and update what it there but should be correct going forward.
