I would like to know how to permanently save/document saved voice messages (five are saved on home phone/land, and eight on a cell phone). Will Verizon help with a hardcopy transcription? They may become important in a legal matter. Thanks for any help.

Don't know about the old ones but check out you mail, think it will do that with your cell phone voice mail. Mary
