Hi. I used to be able to download my voicemails in wav format. Now looking at the VCA and at the online website I no longer see that option. Anyone know what happened or if it got moved or something?
Every other modern service I have emails me my voicemail (www.youmail.com), and now it appears Verizon has taken a feature away?
