Voicemail access number

My installer did not give me info on my voicemail.  I have a message and no number to call and pick it up.  It is from work and important!  Grrr.  How do I get this info?

Did you get FIOS?  If so you might have an icon on your computer for "In Home Agent"  that should list the number.  If not,  you will get a letter in the mail with it in a few days or I'm sure you could call Verizon Support.

Try Dialing your own telephone number and pressing "*" when the recording starts.

The default passcode may be the last 4 digits of youyr phone number.

This differs by area, but in my area I can also dial (Area Code)1st 3 of Phone Number-9477, then enter my  passcode.
