Hi,
When I check my voice mail, the messages playback with the most recent call first. Which means that if someone called in the afternoon I hear that message before someone who calls in the morning.
The problem here is that if someone calls me back to make an addition to their first message, I hear the addition first. That gets very confusing. I have occasionally erased a confusing message, only to learn that it made perfect sense once I heard the message that was supposed to be heard first.
Is there a way to reverse the message order? This is the first time my voicemail has been ordered this way?
Thank you,
Gene

Voicemail Services--
The signal representing a new voicemail will not delete, even though there are no new calls waiting to be played. Any idea how to knock the signal off?

Verizon voicemail sucks and they are never going to fix anything, so stop complaining. (that's basically what I've come to believe since ordering Verizon landline service last June)
