I have been on hold for hours during the last 2 weeks trying to get this issue resolved. I cannot retrieve my messages because the system says my phone number is invalid. I cannot get to a real person when I try to report the issue--I get messages saying that tests are being run and then the system hangs up.
I have the same issue.
