Verizon keeps changing the screens to make it more difficult to access the Fios call log. I once could bookmark a single screen which showed the call log and voicemails, and could delete them from that screen.
To get to it with the lastest maze, I have to:
1. Get to the logon screen and select Services.
2. Select Manage my phone, then Select call history.
3. Click to delete calls.
4. Click to confirm delete.
5. Exit a screen which says the calls have been deleted.
Now with the latest change I have to click Voicemails to see if I have any.
Do they have a project to intentionally make things more difficult, or is it just incompetence?
I am currently a Verizon stockholder but am thinking of getting rid of it!
