What is the email address for Verizon Customer Support?

You have the WORST support availablity in the Modern world.  Your "Live Chat" cuts off every time you try to type something.  Your Call Me feature does nothing.  Your 800 number has a 30 minute wait to talk to somebody in Asia. how can you stand to work for a company who cares so little about its customers?

I want a direct email address to Customer Support like EVERY OTHER PHONE COMPANY HAS.  I am about to dump your service entirely, and I won't do it by waiting online or on the phone - I will just cut the copper line and call the Pennsylvania PUC about the Fraud you are perpetrating.

FYI, you're primarily talking to other customers here.

As you've seen, Verizon doesn't do support by email.

When I call Verizon I try to do it during weekday business hours.  That often gets me a helpful representative located in the states.  It helps if you get to the retention people by selecting the options to cancel service.

If you have an issue that you think other customers can help with, please post the details.

Good Luck.

After going through some customer support issues with my fios information online, Verizon responded to me with trouble ticket emails.

Replies to that email address seems to have been successful, at least to have someone contact me back.  Good luck.

try  facebook.com/verizonfios   and scroll down left side til you see "posts to page", and just to the right of that, click on the ">" .....post your problem and perhaps you'll get an instant reply.......don't bother with the "support" link on the fios facebook site, as it just redirects you back to the verizon.com "contact us" pages

They will ignore anything that isn't in reply to a problem record request.  Some of the email addresses litterally bounce email sent to them.  So the problem record must be opened first. And even then they don't always give you an email or special phone number to contact.

Dear Frustrated,

I received the following email in my verizon.net inbox:

"From{edited for privacy}
Sent: Tuesday, December 15, 2015 1:58 PM
To: Undisclosed recipients:
Subject: Verizon Customer Service: Annual Maintenance Program

".....something to the effect about account suspension and needing to verify or the account will be suspended."

Of course with a phising scam weblink at the bottom and it came as a picture, not plain ttex but an html object which woud of course expose me.

So I tried to forward it onto CSS at Verizon but like you found no email address. Naturally I solved it on my own by deleting it an not even trying to reply or click anyting on the message itself.

I tried searching for their email and at the bottom of the message it states clearly DO NOT reply to this email address as it is not being monitored.  Whether a phish scam or a real verizon generated email, like others, you must contact them to open a ticket to get service.

Being in the IT world, I hear your pain but let me address 2 points:

If every person like you sent a new email to the service desk to report an incident (as it is properly called in ITIL) then imagine what thier inboxes would look like (never mind the ability to have endless amounts of storage in Terabytes).

Secondly, may I reccommend that you not cut the coper and switch to fiber optic. It is faster and really much closer to the Year 2015 than the 80’s copper you rely on in your connections.

Hope this helps your understanding of the real world.
