When people recieve calls from my FiOS land line, for some reason, my son's first name, instead of mine is displayed on their Caller ID device. The billing and account is in my name. Any ideas?

Some phones, especially cell phones, use their own address books first to display caller id names. If multiple names are in the address book, different phones use different rules (first defined, first alphabetically, etc.
If its really wrong on other phones you will have to contact verizon (1-800-verzon).
