I just tried to pay my bill on-line but didn't get the page that allowed me to print to confirm payment. Does this mean my payment went trhough? How do I find out?

I set mine up to email the confirmation (easier to print, and usually arrives quickly). I switch to Payment history to confirm that it's scheduled. The page you get after you hit Submit (only once), should have a confirmation number and the date and time you submitted the payment transaction.

You can also look under "Payment History" to see if you made a payment.
