Our service was to be turned on Thursday or Friday, but when we take our phone off of the hook....we get a busy signal. We can't dial out or receive calls. We have tested the phone lines inside and out and get the same busy signal when we pick up the phone! I have placed an online work order....but they have no way of communicating with me...as we have dial up internet until Thursday and do not get a cell phone signal where we are! HELP!!!
you were able to go somewhere and get online and post this... you should probably use the phone at that location, and call Verizon, to get the issues resolved
I am at my house and using my cable internet right now....however they are due to disconnect tomorrow morning! So...I can't count on that now can I? I am not an **bleep**....If I could...I would call from somewhere! The fact is....they are not open on Sundays!!!
