I had a sexond line installed for FIOS and it is working fine..voice works fine, features seem to work (cid, cw, voicemail, etc) however when I go to the website to view the call logs I get a message" No 'All' details are available for 'xxx-xxx-xxxx'.  That happens no matter if I choose all or incoming only or whatever.  Any reason why?

There a problem with the link between the website and your phone line. Need to reassociate it. I have sent you a private message to securely get your account information.
