First time users should click the link for Caller ID on TV (includes set up instructions and description of the service)
For users that have set it up and it stopped working, I find that if you do the following steps it will fix things.
Disable Alert Display (Menu>Settings>Caller ID on TV>Alert Display=Disable)
Reboot Set Top Box (Menu>customer support>in home agent>Reboot STB)
Enable Alert Display (Menu>Settings>Caller ID on TV>Alert Display=Enable)
